Natalie, Michael and Sweet Lil’ Stella Moon; Chrissy Field Family Session

I had so much fun with Natalie, Michael & Lil' Stella Moon for their Living Social shoot we did at Chrissy Field.   They are such a sweet little family and I just wanted to scoop Stella up and take her home she was so adorable and stylish with her Starry pants and silver sparkly shoes (I asked her if I could borrow them but she informed me they wouldn't fit).  We played peek a boo,  pretend stinky face, hide and seek, 1-2-3-weeeeeee and secret adventures, I can't wait until next time! xo, I even got to take a picture with Lil' Stella!  So squishy!!!

A fabulous Rainy Day Shoot at Chrissy Field!!!!

Meet Wyatt, Desirae, Teagan and lil' Paisley, they were a blast!!!!  Desirae called me last week and told me she was headed to the city for weekend to celebrate her birthday with her hubby and their lil' schmoo's.  Then she made my day by asking if she could schedule a family session in the rain!  I honestly think I jumped up and down with excitement,  I might have even scared people walking by ;)  We planned for big red Umbrellas, rain boots and mud puddles and that's exactly what we did, check it out! I wrapped my camera in a plastic bag and wished I had an umbrella that fit perfectly into the the shoe for my flash, but one thing I learned is that shoots in the rain need two people.  Thank you Desirae for inspiring a new adventure! xo

Trying to love myself….

Luc + Leah = Lucia

And after you see how adorable they are you're going to be just as thrilled as I am to meet Lucia!  Their chemistry is real and embodies compassion, truth, romance, laughter and an overall excitement for their new addition and their next chapter.  This past Saturday the three of us had a damp and chilly photoshoot adventure in one of my favorite San Francisco neighborhoods, the Presidio.   We began at my work, the Presidio Social Club where we gobbled up some fries and made Leah & Luc look famous as I set up different shots around the restaurant while the customers enjoying a yummy afternoon bite looked on.  Then off to the woods near Lover's Lane to shoot at an awesome location I've been walking through since we moved to the Richmond, it was magical. Love you guys and I'm so excited for you!!! xo

Celebrating Little Lucia and the Love that created her Part i

Two weeks ago Mike and I went to lil' Lucia's baby shower put together by her parents Leah & Luc.  It was absolutely adorable!  From the party favors they grew from seedlings themselves to the onezie art project, every aspect of the party was carefully thought out and beautifully crafted.   To capture Lucia's mixed background from her French father and her Filipino mother there was a perfect blend of yummy food,  from homemade lumpia to homemade pate and brie.  Erika brought delicious sweets and were an adorable addition to the theme.   I will definitely be "pinning" Leah's party pictures and asking her advice for the next party I throw. I attended college and lived with Leah and Erika, what seems like a million years ago and this past September Erika married her UCSB sweetheart and now we are anxiously awaiting the arrival of Leah's lil' schmoo.  Wow time flies and

Laura & Chris

These two are in love.  There is no better way to sum it up.  Pure, steamy, passionate, honest love.  They inspire people around them to be in love and if they already are, then they inspire them to be in love more.  She brings out the youthful, goofy, wild-child in him and he is her perfect balance .  They just get each other and they have chosen the perfect place to celebrate their amazing love, Yelapa, Mexico.  I am beyond ecstatic to be a part of their celebration when we join them, their family and their closest friends for an intimate ceremony on the beach. There are no cars in Yelapa and the only way to get there from Puerto Vallarta is via boat taxi.  While brainstorming wedding ideas with Justine and Laura last week, she showed us the accommodations, grass roof huts on the beach.  For real?!?  We are jumping

2011…WOW

Well, it has been a fabulously amazing ride and I can't wait to see how 2012 treats me!  Mike and I finally found an apartment (and if you know how long we've been looking you know how exciting this is) So not only do I get to snuggle up next to my man whenever I want now,  but we are also creating a space for my business to grow.  I'm so excited I can't even stand it!  So hold on tight because Lady J Graphic Designs and Chloe Jackman Photography are about to take the world by storm!!! I finally got to meet Lil’ Madison!!!!

July 17th 2010 Matt & Melissa get married at a fabulous venue in Monterey and I have the honor of documenting their beautiful celebration of love.  It was marvelous and filled with vibrant blues, great friends and family, stiff drinks and their true love... And now, only 18months later I am honored yet again with the opportunity to do their first photo shoot as a family with their adorable 10 week old schmoo, Madison.  We had so much fun and I was so touched to see how their love for each other has grown and the tenderness they have towards the new love of their lives... XO!
