Photography is a must-have in today’s digital world, especially Bay Area event photography. From the tech industry to the smaller organizations and every type of business in-between, having a professional photographer or a team of photographers can add value to the event for future sales, content for social media, and even build networks between vendors. Major Tech Industry Events

There are a few differences in event types. For example, larger events like Salesforce‘s TrailheaDX and Dreamforce require a team of photographers. A team of people allows for photo coverage at every overlapping event happening, as well as workshop coverage, and general event photos to paint a picture of the event as a whole. These types of events usually span a few days, so teamwork is a MUST for complete coverage.

Not only are these photos great for marketing purposes for similar events across the country, but they also serve as a portrait of corporate values. I love shooting with Salesforce! I’ve shot both their largest, and smaller events and they have been such gracious event hosts!

Small-ish Events

Okay, so when I say small-ish, I mean smaller than events meant for thousands of people. I’ve shot fundraising events for Phenomenal Women, Man The Bay, and a handful of events with the amazing women of Bash Creative. This type of photography is important for spreading the word about organizations that change people’s lives for good.  My goal is to capture moments that relay the company mission for use on all digital platforms. You’re awesome and your organization is doing awesome things. Let’s show everyone!
