Julie & Christina’s San Francisco Synagogue Wedding

Julie & Christina are pretty much the bomb! They are a kick ass couple and together they’ll probably take over the world. Not only am I honored to know them, but I was lucky to be a part of their roller skating Engagement session, their San Francisco Synagogue wedding as well and their Ohio celebration (coming in a post later this week!). These two know how to celebrate and in knowing that you know that the people who love them most aren’t to shabby at a good time either. Their wedding was a blast, full of love, laughter, and great whiskey, just like their lives.

On a Roll

These lovely ladies met at a Roller Derby in Ohio. Which from what I’ve deduced makes them tough on the out side but big softies on the inside…yes that means you Christina 😉

San Francisco Synagogue Wedding

The ceremony was held at the stunning Congregation Sherith Israel in San Francisco. The synagogue was such a perfect setting for a wedding that filled you up with joy, love and excitement for the beautiful couple in front of you and just for love itself. Christina was breathtaking in her stylish ankle length dress adorned with a fabulous roller derby pin with hair perfectly done by Sierra of MaduSalon and the most amazing Betsy Johnson shoes. Julie looked smashing in her navy Banana Republic and her amazing cognac shoes…swoon!

Fire it Up

For the reception the wedding party proceeded on to Firehouse 8, where we enjoyed a spectacular spread prepared by La Mediterranee, a whiskey toast, and incredible music from Mirage Band. My favorite parts were the Klingon toast by Christina (“May your blood scream”) and the choose-your-own-adventure favor books written by Julie and starring her and Christina’s adventures in the city. Yes you read that right, Julie wrote an adventure book!
